For those who pause to linger, a chance to envelop themselves in warmth by engaging with the ceramic components, reshaping them into novel forms. The generated heat, a fusion of electricity and a graphite coating acting as resistance, elicits a gentle physical sensation. Through this tactile interaction with the object, individuals are nudged to momentarily step out of their mental realms, drawn back into the present moment and their physicality through touch. Inspired by cairns and the passages they mark (stone towers along paths), this project serves as a bridge between the elemental, the interactive, and the connections we forge with our surroundings
