This project germinated from a realization – the confined spaces of student apartments, where indoor real estate is a premium commodity and ceilings often lie dormant, untapped. A unique solution emerges: transforming the overhead canvas into a green haven. The unused ceiling space becomes an opportunity to cultivate small plants and vegetables. With an adjustable height feature, courtesy of a stone counterweight, this inventive concept breathes life into the often-overlooked expanse above, redefining how we interact with our living spaces.
